What should go on the ‘landing spot’ for an e-book? Cover art is a standard, but what else do you need?

“Free sample” has a bad connotation, but giving the potential customer a look at the work serves a number of purposes. A blurb doesn’t give the reader any idea about the writer’s style, for example, and a good impression is always good.
